How long have you been in business?
Central MN Senior Care originated in 1993 with the start of one small residential site offering assisted living services to five clients. Since 1993, Central Minnesota Senior Care has grown to serving over 225 clients in 19 sites and in more than 14 communities throughout the state of Minnesota.

Where do you provide services?
Our main office is located in Willmar, Minnesota; however we provide services in many counties, including Atwater, Benson, Brainerd, Brownton, Lake Benton, Lake Lillian, Litchfield, Little Falls, Marshall, Prinsburg, Starbuck, Sunburg, Watkins and Willmar.
Will my family member receive care from the same caregivers?
A primary goal of Central MN Senior Care is to establish long-term relationships with your loved ones. Should your family request another caregiver, we will search for a match until you are satisfied. We understand that trust and comfort is imperative to a successful home care experience.
Do I need a physician’s authorization for your services?
No pre-authorization, pre-qualification or prescription for Central MN Senior Care services is needed. You can change the types of services they can provide to your loved one.
What are the costs of your services?
All families we serve receive a care plan specific to their needs and budget, as many factors determine exact cost.
How does assisted living differ from other levels of care?
Assisted living communities are suited for residents who need assistance in their daily lives, including preparing meals, transportation, maintaining their homes, assisting with hygiene, and managing their medication. Assisted living is also a good option for some residents living with disorders such as Alzheimer’s, as well as mobility limitations, incontinence, or other conditions common in one’s later years.
